Trading is like motorcycling — it brings you the brightest emotions but also requires the highest level of safety. Here is the news. We’ve increased Binomo accounts’ security and added two-factor authentication (2FA).
2FA protects your account via one-time codes you enter when logging in. To use it, you’ll need an authenticator app.
- The authenticator app will generate one-time authentication codes. You’ll need them when logging in. We recommend installing Google Authenticator or Authy as the most reliable and proven apps.
- We’ll also provide you with a list of one-time recovery codes to back you up when you can’t access the app (for example, if you lose your phone). These codes must be kept in a safe place only you can reach.
2FA adds another layer of safety to your account. If someone steals your login and password, they won’t be able to access your funds or turn 2FA off without having authentication or recovery codes. If you lose your recovery codes, you can immediately update them with one click on the platform.
